Stylistics is a linguistic approach that investigates literary texts, and one of its most important features is the exploration of linguistic relationships in the text, as well as the search for artistic features that distinguish the text from others.This research aims to investigate the characteristics of structural style in the poetry collections of Khuzestani poet, Seyyed Mohammad Ali Adnan Gharifi, through a stylistic approach and  then through  a descriptive  analysis  to find syntactic stylistic methods and through  his intentions to use them. The results of the research show that the poet has used defamiliarization patterns as a focal point for his communication with the audience, the subject that caused the importance of his poetry and its effect on his audience. Where the introduction and delay caused the sentence system to change from its usual arrangement to new structures, the introduction and delay caused various implications and revelations to be created in the text. The method of elimination also helped the production and creativity of meaning, so the poet was able to achieve his desired goals and meanings through this stylistic variable.The poet used compositional styles as an important tool to reveal the aesthetics of the literary text and its artistic features. Compositional styles have become an integral part of the structure of the his poetry, to the point where it can be said that it has occupied a large part of his poetry space.
